Baked Sticky Chicken with Cranberry Walnut Apple Pilaf

Baked dinner in ONE pan!!! I have to say, the sticky chicken is seriously delish but OMG that rice pilaf is INSANE INSANE INSANE!!!! Cooked in a herb infused apple broth, it’s savoury with a hint of sweetness, bursts of warm cranberry, soft crunch of walnuts and pops of fresh juicy apple…… You could easily cook this at home, watch the instruction video below.

FYI: Pilaf or plov is a dish in which rice is cooked in a seasoned broth. In some cases, the rice may attain its brown or golden color by first being sauteed lightly in oil before the addition of broth. Cooked onion, other vegetables, as well as a mix of spices, may be added. Depending on the local cuisine, it may also contain meat, fish, vegetables, pasta, and dried fruit (Wikipedia).
