Cheese Baguette Toasties

This toast is hugely cheesy, Red Leicester, Emmental, Gruyère, and Mozzarella, all mixed in one. Baked inside the long baguette with mayonnaise. Irresistable! Watch how easy to make this cheeselovers heaven.

FYI: Red Leicester is an English cheese, made in a similar manner to Cheddar cheese, although it is crumblier, sold at 3 to 12 months of age. The rind is reddish-orange with a powdery mould on it. While Emmental is a yellow, medium-hard Swiss cheese that originated in the area around Emmental, Canton Bern. It has a savory, but mild taste. Next, Gruyère is a hard yellow cheese that originated in the cantons of Fribourg, Vaud, Neuchâtel, Jura, and Bern in Switzerland, and is named after the town of Gruyères. (from Wikipedia).
