Chinese Beef Bowl

Recipe of the day! Quick one for you to kick off the week - Asian Beef Bowls. If you love Chinese food, you will love this! Sometimes I like to add a grated or finely sliced cabbage. Deeeeelish!! You could easily cook this at home, watch the instruction video below.

FYI: How do Chinese restaurants make their beef so tender? Ultratender Beef. To achieve an unusually tender texture, they cut flank steak into pieces against the grain and then soak the pieces in baking soda.
