Crispy Noodles with Pork and Veggie

A smart way of combining oriental thick stir fry full of veggies, pork, quail eggs, with a crispy fried yakisoba noodles. This twist is from Tasty Japan. It's easy to make, it's surely healthy. Wanna try? Go check the video below.

FYI: Quail eggs are considered a delicacy in many parts of the world, including Asia, Europe, and North America. In Japanese cuisine, they are sometimes used raw or cooked as tamago in sushi and often found in bento lunches (Wikipedia).

More facts: Yakisoba, literally "fried buckwheat," is a Japanese noodle stir-fry dish. Although soba means buckwheat, yakisoba noodles are actually made from wheat flour, and are typically flavored with a condiment similar to oyster sauce (Wikipedia).
