Spicy Black Bean Tacos



Spicy black bean tacos are one of my favorite weeknight meals. I always have beans in the pantry, which makes this dinner inexpensive, convenient, and fast. Plus, everyone is happy about tacos! You could easily cook this at home, watch the instruction video below.

FYI: Black beans are a healthy addition to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian diets. Their health benefits come from a few different components, including protein, fiber, antioxidants and micronutrients. These nutritious and tasty legumes are available dried or canned, and both types are equally nutritious (SF Gate).
