Beef Rissoles

True blue Aussie fare. For those not familiar with rissoles, they are basically squished MEATBALLS but they're juicier. You could easily cook this at home, watch the instruction video below.

FYI: Mincing is taking whole muscle meat and finely dicing it with a sharp knife or a food processor. But depending upon how fine you chop it, the texture will be slightly different than that of ground meat. Ground beef has been put through a meat grinder, and is actually an emulsion of meat, and fat (Quora).
